UTA, one of the largest European fuel and services cards providers for transporters and car fleets, has significantly extended its acceptance network in France, adding the fuel stations belonging to the Auchan and Cora groups.
As such, the UTA cards become the only international cards accepted from now on in the Auchan stations.
The UTA card users shall be able to fill the tank without using cash in any of the 179 Auchan stations, 32 of which are adapted for trucks (high-flow pumps) and in 58 Cora stations, 28 of which are adapted for trucks.
The UTA-partner fuel stations network in France thus reaches almost 2200 fuel points, as such ensuring that the group’s clients dispose of liberty and flexibility far superior when it comes to non-cash fuel fills.
In total, the UTA cards have a network of over 55,000 acceptance points in almost 40 European countries.
“France is one of the most important destinations for Romanian transporters, so our partnership with the Auchan and Core fuel stations represents very good news for the UTA clients, to whom we now bring more flexibility when it comes to route configuration, better prices and less hassle with regards to day to day fuel expenses management”, stated Iulian Alexe, General Director UTA Romania & Bulgaria.
